Hypefy AI, the Croatia-founded influencer marketing automation platform, has raised $7.2 million in a Series A round led by AYMO Ventures. Existing backers Interactive Venture Partners, Oktogon Ventures, and Euroventures also participated, building on a $1.75 million seed round that included Fil Rouge Capital and angel investor Dražen Pehar.
The Problem With Influencer Marketing at Scale
Despite explosive growth in the creator economy, running influencer campaigns remains a largely manual operation. Brands and agencies typically juggle spreadsheets, ad hoc negotiations, and a fragmented stack of tools — repeating the same operational steps across every campaign and market.
Hypefy AI was built specifically to eliminate that overhead.
What the Platform Does
Founded by Stjepan Zelić, Hypefy AI automates the full execution lifecycle of influencer campaigns. Key capabilities include:
- Creator discovery and outreach
- Pricing negotiation and contracting
- Creator onboarding and content review
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Payment processing
Brands retain control over briefs, budgets, and approvals — the platform handles the operational layer, enabling faster launches across multiple markets simultaneously.
"We built Hypefy so a brand can describe what it wants to achieve, stay in control of the key decisions, and let AI manage everything operational," said Stjepan Zelić, CEO and co-founder of Hypefy AI.
Traction and Global Reach
The company has already demonstrated significant scale. It has run campaigns across 43 countries, generated more than 700 million impressions, and counts NIVEA, Unilever, ABOUT YOU, Philips, PepsiCo, McDonald's, and Samsung among its brand clients.
Building from outside the traditional adtech and AI hubs hasn't slowed its ambitions.
"We started from Croatia, outside the usual AI and adtech hubs, but from day one we built for global campaigns. This investment helps us scale to a category-defining technology in fully managed creator marketing," Zelić added.
What's Next
The $7.2M Series A will fund three priorities:
- Product development — deeper automation and AI capabilities
- International expansion — with a focus on Europe and the United States
- Team growth — hiring across key markets
As creator marketing budgets continue to shift away from traditional media, Hypefy AI is positioning itself as the infrastructure layer that makes global influencer operations manageable at enterprise scale.
