Nomerra has closed a $2 million seed round to automate the fragmented, manual workflows still dominating private markets. Backed by 14Peaks Capital, Redstone Fintech, and veterans from KKR and Intapp, the startup targets fund accounting, treasury, and transfer agency with AI-native tooling.
